The Forastera grape is a white berry variety and is mostly grown in Campania region(s). The Forastera grapes are also widely present in a bigger area which includes Campania, Latium, Sardinia regions as well. The Forastera grape belongs to the Local varieties group. The wine made from the Forastera grapes is straw yellow, clear and its taste is basically dry, fresh, light bodied.
