The Bonarda grape is a Black berry variety and is mostly grown in Emilia-Romagna region(s). The Bonarda grapes are also widely present in a bigger area which includes Emilia-Romagna regions as well. The Bonarda grape belongs to the Local varieties group. The wine made from the Bonarda grapes is ruby red, intense and its taste is basically fresh, vinous, light bodied.
